One of the characteristic features of the near perspective on taxation that must be implemented in our country is “constitutional” orientation. According this idea, a “constitution” is conceived as the set of rules, or social institutions, within which individuals operate and interact with one another.We are interested in the idea of a constitution in its “political” or social sense, as a set of rules that establish the setting within which the whole range of individual interaction takes place.

Enterprises in Albania must follow financial accounting and reporting rules aimed at providing investors with a true and fair view of the financial situation of the enterprise. These rules increase transparency and international comparability of the results of an enterprise or a group, and are a strong step into the foreigner market.
